He was able to navigate us through the trickery observed in SF with homes listing far below what they would accept, this saved us a lot of time in moving past the homes we were not in a position to win. He was very precise in his expectations of what homes would sell for and was almost always spot on. Ultimately, he sent us a link to the home we purchased. It was perfect in all aspects and completely nailed our requirements and budget. I feel we purchased the home at a value compared to comps we saw previous to our purchase as well as those that have since closed. Value is used in a relative sense given it is SF. My sister-in-law interviewed 10+ agents before she started house hunting a few years ago and Nader was referred by my sister's broker. As a new house buyer in the Bay Area, Nader provided so much information before we made the final offer. He sent us his recommended price range for our target property and was always honest about whether a property is worth of pursuing. When our offer was too low, he didn't push us to increase our price, he wanted us to offer something we were comfortable with. He let us learn from the lesson. Additionally, he would help review the property document with us and bring up some important rules or notices so we are not missing anything important to our place. My husband always came home after 7:30 pm and we could only review the housing document after 8 pm which was always the time Nader gave most of our emails. This happened several times, especially a night before the offer date, but Nader always worked with that and we appreciate his flexibility. There was this property we liked a lot and offered a very good deal but still lost in the end. We were upset about it but we felt that Nader was very upset too. He wanted us to buy something we are happy and truly love. When we were negotiating our final price with the house we have now, Nader's work became even more important- only he, as a real estate agent, would know the market price and experience in negotiation, which helped us to close the deal. During the closing process, Nader would send me notes on what I needed to check or provide. Very helpful and I appreciated that too!
