Before analytics storage is allowed, Google may receive limited consent-status and cookieless measurement signals. If you allow analytics, the site may store or read measurement identifiers and collect page views, general interaction events, device/browser information, approximate location derived from an IP address, referring pages, and campaign parameters.

Meta Pixel does not load unless you choose Accept all. The site records bounded first- and latest-touch campaign details for up to 90 days only when analytics storage is allowed. These attribution records may include UTM values and advertising click IDs, but they do not include a name, email address, phone number, fingerprint, or a cross-site person identifier.

Essential features, security controls, form delivery, and your privacy choice operate regardless of your analytics selection. Hosting and connected IDX services may process ordinary technical information such as an IP address, browser type, device information, request logs, and essential cookies needed to deliver, secure, save, or personalize the services you request.

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide requested services, maintain business records, protect the site, and comply with legal obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may change website measurement choices at any time through Privacy choices in the footer.
