Ask Nader directlyFrequently asked questions
Will you pressure me to buy or sell before I'm ready?
No. I’ll start by listening to what you need the move to make possible, explain the facts and tradeoffs, and let you decide. If waiting is the right move, I’ll say so.
What if I'm still 6–12 months out?
That’s a good time to start. We can clarify the goal, timing, and numbers now so you can move when it feels right — not when you feel rushed.
How do you get paid?
Through a commission at closing, structured per current market practice and your representation agreement. I'll walk you through exactly how it works before you sign anything.
Do you work in both San Francisco and Marin?
Yes. I serve San Francisco and Marin County. I grew up in Marin and have lived across San Francisco for 15+ years, so the guidance is grounded in time spent in both places.
Which neighborhoods do you focus on?
My published San Francisco guides cover Pacific Heights, the Marina, Cole Valley, NoPa, the Richmond, and the Sunset, and I work across Marin County. If your move is somewhere I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you and point you to someone who is.
Can you send me listings for a specific neighborhood?
Yes. Tell me the neighborhood and what matters to you, and I’ll help narrow the field rather than send a firehose of listings. When a home deserves a closer look, I’ll explain why.
What makes your approach different?
I start by listening to what the move needs to make possible. Then I use local knowledge and a decade in finance and operations to make the pricing, tradeoffs, and risks clear. You get my honest opinion; the decision stays yours.
