The work starts with listening. The numbers help make it clear.

I grew up in Marin and have spent more than fifteen years living across San Francisco — from Pacific Heights to the Sunset. That kind of street-by-street familiarity comes from living it: knowing how each neighborhood feels day to day, where the tradeoffs change, and which details deserve a closer look.

Clients do not come to me for a hard sell. They come with a question, a timing concern, or a goal they are still trying to put into words. I listen for that first, give them my honest read, and leave room for the answer to be “not yet.”

Before real estate, I spent a decade making financial decisions where opinions were not enough. In finance and operations — including the front office of the San Francisco Giants and Eventbrite — every recommendation had to be supported by evidence. That discipline never left. Today, I study homes the same way: separating narrative from value, emotion from price, and helping clients understand both.

Seven-plus years as an agent, Rookie of the Year in 2018, $100M+ in total sales value, and 50+ closed sales have reinforced the same personal method: I hear the goal, make the options clear, say what I truly think, and let my client decide.
